Successfully dissuading teens from any sort of behavior is a tall task. That’s especially true when it comes to underage marijuana use. So when Cactus began developing a youth marijuana prevention campaign for CDPHE, they started by conducting extensive research with their audience to understand exactly what types of messages would and wouldn’t be believable and motivational — and why.
Cactus came to SPILLT to handle all their post production needs to capture this campaign in a certain and personal light. It was a pleasure and honor to be able to work on such a needed campaign for our state.
